The area
What Angus rents, and why.
Angus and the surrounding Essa Township area is acreage country — bigger lots, longer laneways, and outbuildings that town-sized tools can’t keep up with. That’s Toolcat territory: one machine that grades, hauls, and works the property, delivered to your gate on our float.
Angus is a short haul west of Barrie, next door to Borden. Rural properties out here are a natural fit for the 240-volt generator in shops and outbuildings, and the commercial pressure washers make quick work of farm equipment, barns and fence lines.
Angus is outside the Barrie–Innisfil core, so the flat delivery rate is quoted by distance when we confirm your booking.
