What it costs a day
Every rate we charge is on this sheet, and so is the number nobody in this business publishes: what a rental works out to per day once delivery and HST are in it.

Worked out
Day 4 pays for the week.
The $95 float is one charge, not a daily one, and the weekly rate caps the rental the moment it is cheaper. Put both together and a long rental costs less a day than a short one — steeply.
Here is the Toolcat floated into the Barrie–Innisfil core, one day to seven, straight out of the same quote engine the booking flow uses. Notice the total: it stops at $1,576.35 on day 4 and does not move again.
Outside the core the float is quoted by distance when we confirm, so no all-in per-day figure is shown until we have quoted it. We would rather show nothing than a number you could hold us to.

Weekly rate.
Rental capped at the weekly rate from day 4. The float is charged once. HST at 13% on both. The refundable $500 deposit is not in any of these figures.
How the numbers work
Four rules, and no fifth one.
- 01
Days are counted inclusively
Pick it up Wednesday and bring it back Wednesday, that is one day. There is no hourly rate and no half-day.
- 02
You never pay more than the weekly rate for a week
The quote applies whichever of the daily and weekly rates works out lower, on every seven-day block, without being asked.
- 03
Delivery is $95 flat in the core, both ways
One charge covers drop-off and pickup inside Barrie–Innisfil. Outer zones are a flat quote by distance, given before you commit. Pickup in Barrie is free.
- 04
The deposit is refundable and never in the total
It is sent by Interac e-Transfer and returned the same way when the unit comes back. It is shown on its own line so it is never mistaken for a charge.
Nothing is booked until we text you back.
Pick the machine. We will do the hauling.
