About this unit
The contractor-duty machine: 5000 PSI at 12 GPM moves far more water than a homeowner unit, so large concrete and equipment jobs finish in a fraction of the time.
This is the machine contractors rent when the job is big: fleet washing, heavy concrete, equipment, prep before coating. Twelve gallons a minute is the number that matters — it moves water, not just pressure, so surfaces clean in one pass.
It’s a heavy, skid-mounted unit, so it rides on our truck to your site. Hook up a garden hose with decent flow, fuel it, and go.

Pressure is not a score to beat — it is a setting that has to match the surface. Here is what each of the three is for, and what each one will damage if you point it at the wrong thing.
The 5000 PSI unit is a contractor machine. It will strip cedar, cut painted wood and wash the mortar out of old brick. Do not rent it for a house.

Good for
Patios and small decks, outdoor furniture, cars and bikes, windows and eaves.
Don't use it on
Set-in oil, old paint, or a whole driveway. It is gentle by design, so it will not damage much — it will just take you a weekend to do what the gas unit does in an afternoon. If the surface has never been cleaned, start one rung up.

Good for
Driveways and walkways, decks and fences, siding and brick, boats and patio stone.
Don't use it on
Roof shingles, window and door seals, and mortar that is already crumbling. On cedar or painted wood it will raise the grain if you crowd it — stand back and test a corner you can live with before you commit to the wall.

Good for
Commercial concrete and parking pads, fleet and equipment washing, barns and fence lines, prep before coating.
Don't use it on
Cedar, painted wood, vinyl siding, window seals, old mortar, roof shingles — anything soft. At 5000 PSI this machine cuts wood and washes mortar out of brick, and it does it before you have registered that it is happening. It is a machine for concrete, steel and equipment. If the job is a house, rent the gas unit below it.
