The process
Request online. We confirm by text. Done.
No account, no phone tag, no waiting on a counter. You send the dates, we send back a real answer with real numbers.
7 days a week · 7am–7pm · about a minute to request · text back usually within a few hours
The three steps
One request, one text thread, one machine on site.
- 01
Request online
Pick your equipment and dates, tell us where the work is. Takes about a minute — no account, no phone tag.
- 02
We confirm by text
We check availability and text you back to lock in your dates, pricing, and pickup or delivery details.
- 03
Pick up or we deliver
Grab it from us in Barrie, or have our truck and float trailer drop it at your site and haul it back when you’re done.
Before you book
What you need to rent
Every rental needs the same two things: an Interac e-Transfer for the refundable deposit, and somewhere we can reach. There’s no account to make and no membership to buy.
Anything beyond that is per machine, and it’s printed on that machine’s own equipment page — the Toolcat asks for a valid driver’s licence and 21 or older; the 4x6 trailer asks for a 2" ball, 4-pin wiring and a vehicle you’re insured to tow with. For anything that rides our float, we just need a flat, firm spot to unload and someone on site for a 15-minute walk-through.
The numbers
How the quote is built
Rental days are counted inclusively — pick-up day through return day. Weekly pricing applies automatically whenever it works out cheaper, so seven days never costs more than the weekly rate.
The quote shows the rental, the delivery (or a dash when it still has to be quoted), 13% HST on both, and the total. The deposit sits below that on its own line, labelled as a refundable deposit, because it isn’t a fee — you send it by e-Transfer and we send it back when the unit does.
Getting it there
Pick up, or we float it
Pickup from Barrie is free for anything that fits your vehicle: the electric and mid-range washers, the generator, the trailer.
Delivery is a flat $95 per trip inside the Barrie–Innisfil core, covering both the drop-off and the pickup. Orillia, Angus, Midland and Collingwood are quoted flat by distance when we confirm. The Toolcat and the 5000 PSI washer always travel on our float.
After you send it
What happens next
The request lands with the owner directly. He checks the machine is actually free for your dates, then texts you back — usually within a few hours, 7 days a week between 7am and 7pm.
Nothing is booked until that text. If the dates don’t work, he’ll tell you what does. If you need to change or cancel, text back — there’s no charge to cancel before the unit leaves the yard.
A request is not a confirmed booking. Your dates are held once we text you back — that message is the confirmation.
